Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping options will be added soon as we expand our distribution network.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Damages and Lost Packages

FAYAZ Honey is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fayazhoney.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (food item), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.

All sales are final for health and safety reasons.

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

International shipping may be restricted based on import regulations for honey in your country.
