Return and Refund Policy — FAYAZ HONEY

Thank you for shopping with FAYAZ Honey. We take great pride in providing our customers with 100% natural and high-quality honey products.

Because honey is a food item, our refund and return policy is designed to protect the health and safety of our customers while ensuring fairness and transparency.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where the product was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fayazhoney.com.

Include the following in your email:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the shipping box and label

After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether you qualify for a replacement or refund.

In most cases, we will send a replacement product rather than issue a refund.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved due to damage or error, it will only cover the cost of the product itself, not the original shipping fee.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), FAYAZ Honey is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries.

If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Important Note

FAYAZ Honey reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if:

  • The issue is reported more than 7 days after delivery,
  • Sufficient photo evidence is not provided,
  • The product was opened, consumed, or tampered with.
