Natural product notice: Honey is a natural food and may vary in color, flavor, aroma, and texture depending on the harvest season and floral source. Such natural variations do not indicate a defect or quality issue.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations. Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product or limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. FAYAZ Honey may accept or decline your order in its discretion. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting; we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of products to the carrier.

Damage on arrival: We carefully pack every order. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fayazhoney.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can review and, if applicable, assist with a remedy.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS (FOOD SAFETY)

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, except in cases of (a) product damage in transit (reported within 7 days with photos), or (b) fulfillment error (wrong item shipped). Any approved remedies will be handled pursuant to our Refund Policy (https://fayazhoney.com/policies/refund-policy).

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all related materials (trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, design and arrangement) are owned by FAYAZ Honey, its affiliates or licensors, and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. FAYAZ Honey names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FAYAZ Honey. Shopify’s names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. FAYAZ Honey is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with FAYAZ Honey. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and FAYAZ Honey. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with FAYAZ Honey.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
